Every transaction is screened against applicable sanctions regimes before it proceeds. We decline business that cannot demonstrate clean origin and verifiable title, regardless of margin.
Due diligence, KYC and AML controls are applied to both sides of every trade and throughout the value chain — not only at onboarding. Counterparties are re-screened as circumstances change.
